Position Summary:

Join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in accelerating the energy infrastructure transformation. The successful applicant will be one of HondoGO's front-line brand ambassadors, supporting our mission to cover the nation with a vast, accessible, and environmentally and economically sustainable EV fast charging network.

This high-growth position will be tasked with the identification and development of new site host partner prospects through lead identification and outbound sales calls.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

HondoGO is on a mission to electrify the future, one charging station at a time. Ideal candidates should be excellent communicators and able to work through complex technical, regulatory, and various related issues to identify leads, and assess properties, utility, and market-specific needs. The successful candidate will be goal-motivated, adaptable in a start-up environment, strategic thinker, and self-starter.

We're searching for dynamic individuals to join our sales team and help us expand our footprint. Here's what makes you the perfect fit for our team:

Responsibilities:

  • Generate site prospects that have EV charging needs
  • Contact potential customers via cold calling and email to offer solutions
  • Schedule meetings with potential new prospects
  • Build and leverage relationships with customers to grow sales and hit quota
  • Bond and build rapport with new clients – 5 Star Service Model
  • Manage a high level of sales administrative work
  • Track activities and successful leads through our CRM platform
  • Collect knowledge of market and industry trends, competitors, and leading customer strategies

Preferred but not required:

  • Prior sales or call center experience
  • Bachelor's Degree
