Shawn is CEO of Hondius Energy and related entities. In this role, he sets the firm's strategic direction and drives the business. He has led a number of established and start up businesses, notably as Chief Investment Officer of an alternative investment manager and CEO of Cantor Fitzgerald, a full-service Wall Street financial firm with more than 12,000 employees and $2 billion in annual revenue.

Steve is CFO of Hondius Energy and related companies. In this role, he has responsibilities and oversight for all financial aspects of the firm. Steve is an experienced financial executive, having co-founded Amherst Securities, was Co-COO of Cantor Fitzgerald, and an investment banker.

Craig is COO of Hondius Energy and related companies. In this role, he ensures that all business operations run smoothly, from start to finish. He is a seasoned executive with experience in business development, operations and financial services at major VC, private equity, and advisory firms.

Shawn P. Matthews is President and Head of Business Development at HondoGO, leading the company's growth strategy, business development, and strategic expansion initiatives. He focuses on identifying new opportunities, building strategic relationships, and developing partnerships that support HondoGO's long-term growth. Shawn works closely with internal teams, clients, and strategic partners to develop new business opportunities and turn growth initiatives into actionable results. His leadership combines an entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on relationship building, innovation, and strategic execution. As a young business leader, Shawn brings a forward-looking approach to business development, with an emphasis on expanding HondoGO's network, creating sustainable opportunities, and building the foundation for continued growth.

Prerna is an Associate Vice President and Project Coordinator at Hondo Partners, supporting HondoGO and Hondius Energy in the development and deployment of EV charging infrastructure. She coordinates EV charging projects from site development and permitting through utility coordination, construction, commissioning, and close-out. She works closely with engineering, construction, legal, finance, utilities, contractors, municipalities, and other project stakeholders to keep deployments moving efficiently. Her work supports a growing portfolio of more than 50 EV charging sites across multiple states. With a background spanning clean energy infrastructure, finance, operations, and business consulting, Prerna brings a cross-functional approach to project execution and process improvement. She also supports financial and operational initiatives across the organization, including contract management and workflow automation. Prerna holds an MBA in Strategic Management and Finance from Sacred Heart University.
